Times have certainly changed. I broke down at the recycling depot the other day. I was parked for like twenty minutes with the hood up and not one person asked if I was ok, if I had help coming, if I needed a jump... Nothing. It was strange. 1/2

Apparently, it's not just BMWs that park like assholes... Mercedes drivers do it too! I want to note that this parking lot has no official motorcycle parking, and there are two empty spaces beside my motorcycle they could have easily parked in.

Does anyone know why the fuck Stockwell Day has triple parentheses around his name? I know it's generally used as an anti-Semitic indicator that somebody is jewish, but he's not jewish (went to Bible college and worked as an asst. pastor) , and why is he using it on himself?
Screenshot of the Twitter profile of Canadian politician Stockwell Day, where he has his name in triple parentheses.

I've been saying for years that no politician will ever win on a platform of actually making housing affordable, and this is why
Someone from a pulpit asks "who wants more housing"
everyone in the crowd raises their hands

Then he asks "who wants property values to go down" and everyone looks sheepishly at their feet

Dairy is a complicated issue. The US has agriculture subsidies, where as Canada has supply management. Subsidies are meant to help farmers in tough times, and keep prices low. Supply management is meant to ensure we always have food, and farmers are guaranteed a 'fair' price. 1/2
