Real talk, that first summer of Pokémon Go was kind of incredible. Seeing people from all walks going around excitedly catching Pokémon and eagerly sharing tips with each other. Kind of felt like society was healing. But then it ended and everything got so much worse.

Also limited use treasure in dungeons is top tier, you got this super unique thing (mushrooms that let them speak with the dead) that you have enough to use twice, it's another weird little tool in your arsenal that won't break the rest of the campaign but might throw some fun wrenches into it.

One of the best lessons designing ttrpgs taught me was it's ok to make something just for you. Lately I've taken to writing poetry about life and my partners, and soon I'll collect them all and make a nicely formatted little zine out of it and it'll just be for me and maybe them and that's enough.
