We shouldn't have to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of tools for them to end up sitting in a closet or a garage for most of the year. That isn't worth the money or the space. Why not start a tool library so we can purchase once and share forever? 🛠💚
An edited snippet of the Tool Library Alliance home page (toollibraryalliance.org). It has their mission, which states, "The Tool Library Alliance (TLA) unites tool libraries across the United States to foster community resilience, increase sustainability, and build a culture of generosity through the sharing of tools, skills, and knowledge. Their goals are shortened and listed as follows: "Strengthen and sustain existing tool libraries, support the development of new tool libraries, promote community building and skill sharing, reduce waste and encourage sustainable practices, enhance accessibility and inclusivity, and leverage collective power.
