Not BREAKING NEWS because the Trump admin has been deleting and altering federal datasets for over a year. You can argue about policy. But when the government starts eliminating the data we use to determine whether those policies are actually working, that deserves a hell of a lot more attention.

“What seems to be the number one driver is the state of the state,” said one of the study authors, Robert Bruno, who leads the labor education program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. “If the policy is anti-union, it suppresses worker will. 30-year T-Bills are yielding 5.3% even though the fed funds rate is 3.4%. That large gap is a reflection of the fact that investors are increasingly leery of buying US bonds due to Trump's reckless spending and spiraling debt. The last time T-bills paid this must was just before the 2008 crash.

Kevin Barnhardt, Berks County's COO, said commissioners had a brief conversation with U.S. Rep. Dan Meuser (R., Pa.) at a recent event who indicated DHS still plans to sell the warehouses, but "has nothing in writing." Meuser's office did not respond to Spotlight PA's request for information.
