as a writer with adhd, the higher level ideas are a dime a dozen. that's the easy part of creation. I can come up with a dozen neat ideas in a day. I'm almost to the point of getting sick of the high level ideas
the art (and the pleasure/pride inherent to creation) is made in the actual writing.
