Faith schools in the UK are a problem. As @profaliceroberts.bsky.social says here, every child deserves the chance to explore the world through evidence and reason. But the divisive and discriminatory nature of faith schools is failing thousands of children. 🧵 www.justgiving.com/page/nofaith...

A contract manager from quite a high end contractor was telling me that they have a client who keeps telling them that ChatGBT says they should do something (e.g. change waterproofing details) and he keeps having to say “I’m very sorry but we have to build in accordance with building regs”

Sorry about delays caused by our SWAT team dropping napalm on a passenger. We heard reports that a guy with a man bun had started telling someone about his Shaman and why a Jaguar is his spirit animal, so we had little choice.

On Brompton Road, architect Wells Coates designed this sleek new shop front for Cresta Silks, with curved glass and a large CRESTA sign, with illumination at night. The frontage has been lost in the numerous changes since then

It is 1870. You've spent the night at Fenton's Hotel on St James Street. Now you can slip next door to no 66 and enjoy an electric bath. Personally I feel this sounds a little risky - but Nurse Alice (certificated) and her 8 assistants are there to cure you. Would you go in?
