My former local MP @rupahuq.bsky.social Ealing makes a good point. The Code of Practice is inconsistent with the legislation. There are two objective statutory tests: effectiveness of the services, and reasonable objection of a user. Neither of the tests accepts subjective discomfort as a reason.
