I get migraines when I don't exercise enough and I get migraines when I exercise with a high pulse. But I have a naturally higher pulse (not heart rate) and I take stimulants. So my pulse tends to spike even for power-walking. It really is a catch 22 😩🙈

Related to the last post: I also realised the importance of casual friendships/acquaintances for me. Just people who are aware of me and who I enjoy talking to about a common topic but whom I don't have any deeper commitments to/with.

I think the perfect way for me to socialise - aside from close friends - might actually be going to meet-ups. They happen regularly and aren't dependent on me. So I can decide the day of if I have enough energy or social battery. And if you go to a specific one a few times, it's not all strangers.
