Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 3hOh sorry, I read your comment as "what's the objection" lol To scare us. To prove what they could do on a much larger scale. Attack our food systems. They don't need to do it in the USA because the trump admin is doing it for them. 120
Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 3hTo show us that they can? Start small... to prove you can do it on a larger scale. Why even attack the refrigeration systems at supermarkets at all? 020
Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 3hBecause people tend to be suspicious of conspiracy theories... haha 110
Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 3hIf I believed in conspiracy theories, I’d think it awfully strange that the Marché des Enfants Rouges (that’s stood since 1615) burned to the ground hours before the cyber attack on dozens of supermarket cooling systems across France. 🤔 4161

Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 12/10/2026This is heartbreaking…. The historic and lively marché des enfants rouges in Paris was completely destroyed by fire last night. 195010

And bake at 325 degrees F / 160 degrees C for 40 minutes or just a few minutes longer. Let cool before slicing. Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Yes. It’s on my substack. Just a couple of changes since I retested it before I go edit the post. Use 70% or semisweet chocolate instead of darker, bitter or bittersweet. And bake at 325 F / 160 C instead of 350/180 and for 30 or 33minutes . Let cool. jamieschler.substack.com/p/gateau-au-...jamieschler.substack.comGâteau au chocolat de NancySpoil and waste? The long, curious journey to chocolate cake. 173

Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Honestly. What qualifies being a traitor? How can someone who is openly a traitor and openly using his office to wildly enrich himself and his businesses and his kids’ businesses and openly selling foreign policy decisions for personal gain still STILL be in office? Don’t come back with “the GOP”. 4457
Jamie Schler @lifesafeast.bsky.social · 10/10/2026My tip is to subscribe to my substack to get the french home versions of French recipes. Julia Child is fantastic but her recipes are cooking school / restaurant versions which can be the same but can also be more complicated. 120
