alas the one size fits all algorithms used by govt never seem to be tested by users. They don't work on private computers that are not "the latest". There needs to be a better alternative (non-digital) solution for humans.

Hewson is right on the ball. "Digitally castrated attention spans" are at fault. Affecting road tolls too. The rich are just as susceptible as the poor. We must stop over-funding "independent" schools that are run by Microsoft, fund all schools *fairly*, & ban devices during school hours.
