Both might be a big ask, but it’s also not out of the realm of possibility. I have Texas vote PTSD after previous elections, but Talarico has more momentum than I’ve EVER seen from a Dem in Texas. More than Beto, even. If turnout is what I expect, they can both win. No complacency, though.

I’ve seen no evidence that’s true. If he did, we likely would have nuked Iran. There’s a lot of misunderstanding of how the ‘codes’ work in reporting surrounding this - POTUS’ voice and the card he keeps in his pocket is all he needs to authenticate a strike. And he has near unilateral authority

The only realistic way that Elon can meddle in the midterms is through his bullshit PAC. He’s going to dump hundreds of millions of dollars into trying to get GOP candidates elected, but I don’t think it’s going to help. The GOP is underwater on every issue right now, and the economy sucks.
