Normal Beetles: coming to stationary near you (not really, but wouldn't that be fun?)

upper right: "Atra" is an Atractocerus. A very long and flexible beetle who can fit in narrow areas. He gets nervous in big crowds.
lower left: "Clav" is a Claviger. A beetle who is always showing up in places without having been invited. He's a nice guy, though, so everyone is usually okay with it.
lower right: "Para" is a Paratuposa. A very small and light beetle who is blown around by strong wind. She brushes her wings for two hours every day.

lower left: "Kero" is a Cerocranus. A fussy beetle who cares a lot about his looks. He is often late to things, because he gets distracted by mirrors and windows.
lower right: "Ness" is a Cnestus. A small beetle who knows a lot about mushrooms. If she starts talking about something she likes, she will never stop.

lower left: "Mel" is a Meloetyphlus. A loud beetle who loves the sound of her own voice. Even though she has a huge head, she forgets things easily.
lower right: "Trak" is a Trachelismus. A beetle who can always see over the crowd at concerts. He has been getting into origami lately.

MORDRED: Nothing too sweet, though. (I hate sugar in the morning...)

Next, we jumpcut to Mordred and The Demon outside the cafe, clearly holding a cookie the size of Mordred's face. In the next panel, the cookie is clearly labelled in all its sugary glory: an extra-jumbo triple chocolate s'mores cookies with fudge topping and marshmallow fluff center.

MORDRED, SEETHING: Put. It. Back.
