Les universités françaises sont sommées d’à la fois concurrencer Oxford et le MIT et fournir les services d’un community college auprès de publics en difficulté, le tout à bon marché et avec une bureaucratie paralysante. Ensuite, on reproche aux universitaires de ne pas y parvenir.
