The transphobes leading the Labour Party decided to exclude trans women from the Labour Women’s conference. In doing so they excluded a huge number of cis women also; the venue was only 20% full. Labour needs to learn that transphobia harms everyone, including cis women, & not just trans people.

It's so weird how they equate football with cricket, saying it's unfair cricket fans can enjoy alcohol. As a kid I ran away from the tribalism of football mostly due to all the violence I saw. I discovered cricket and loved it because I could sit with any fan, from either side, and share the joy.

I think typical Labour values have simply changed to suit what they believe will get them elected. Blair discarded swathes of Labour values and instilled things old Labour hated. The trend has continued since. So I guess there is no longer any values Labour hold, just populist stances

Feels like we're still in the age of the strongest wins. Police will happily crack down on older peaceful protestors, but won't step into harms way when confronted with too many hard nutters. It certainly doesn't make me feel protected from abuse should it happen.

Thank you, it is child with the emetophobia and it impacts all walks of their life, though self motivation has given them new found freedoms. They've also suffered with misophonia so every sympathy with the intolerance to loud noises.

Instead of responding to increasing clarity about the law by making guidance clearer it has gone the other way.
Instead of being clear that that "where possible, the adults who are supervising children getting changed should be of the same sex as them" it just droped that part of the guidance."
