I stopped following decks and mostly add stuff I encounter through immersion or output exercises, so now it's mostly heading towards N3 but with bunch of higher level stuff that happens to be useful (and often easier lol) :)

This caught off guard for a while. I wonder why it would hurt to make it say 10 years ago. People are more likely to read something written 'over a year ago' than '10 years ago'? 🤨

I don't know how old is this change as I don't use Google Drove too often, but it's truly an outstanding UX when you put some stupid scan button where the + usually is...

Every day I try to make some sentences with the words I got wrong in Bunpro reviews. Today I managed to fit 11 words into 7 sentences having 4 of 7 containing 2 reviewed words which makes me kinda proud of myself 😁 #langsky

I wanted to try Muji but it's not easily accessible here. These are best I could easily get for now and so far they're much better than what I've been using. At least I don't have to fight to fit my kanji into single grid and they don't refuse to work after a few direction changes 😅 Old vs new:

Bought 2 new pens for Japanese handwriting (because the old one annoyed me) and can't wait to test them and see if they're any better 🤓 Also 3 new notebooks because I somehow got out of them and recently I got back to analog note taking

Too many thousands lol. But now I know it's not a good idea for me to have too many of them as well as to have decks for languages I don't focus on. I feel I still need to rest a bit more though 😄

Haha, thanks! Actually my stats may be better than my skills because of how this SRS works. I have it set so that up to 3rd stage it's only quizzes and guided handwriting but on the 4th it's only free handwriting so many kanji return from that stage to previous ones 😂

Screenshot of my Kanji Study SRS progress
5 - 0-24%
111 - 25-49%
348 - 50-74%
364 - 75-99%
401 - 100%

If I want to finally move on from A2 in Turkish, I need work on my vocab more. I decided to start with gathering and reviewing about 200-300 most important verbs as the verbs are the staple of every sentence and I struggle with them the most #langsky

I tried playing Scrabble in Turkish. It was challenging but still fun. I kept the dictionary in pop-up so I could look up unknown words (that means the majority). I'm sure I'll repeat it more often! #langsky

This proves I must be damn good at guessing because in the listening part I hardly ever understood enough to get the correct answer 🫣 The other 2 parts were no guessing, just fully my knowledge, but listening is definitely something I should work harder on 😅

Drawing a decent pixel art character might actually be not that hard. But making a decent animation out of it is a whole different story... 😅 But that's ok, I can already see it's all learnable with enough practice 😄

Arigatou! 🧡 But to be honest I don't write Japanese on paper much and these pens are a bit too thick for Japanese so it's not that good (or at least used to be better) 😅 I like my handwriting on tablet (where I write Japanese daily and with thinner pen) much better 😊
