Fine article! An aspect for ageing societies: AI-powered robots substituting workforce seem attractive for them. But with tax revenue (primarily derived from labor) declining, funding their high social security bill would further be undermined. This would especially raise their need for tax reform.

Preventing cyberattacks on health care is important for health loss incurred (including equity aspects, given the higher health burden linked to lower socioeconomic status), and for economic loss. Regarding the improvement of health care, health research centers should be included here, too.

Absolutely fascinating discovery: A biological signature indicates a lung cancer risk 5 years before incidence. A drug can reduce some of this incidence, enabling partly effective intervention long before current screening programs. Would such an approach also be feasible for other types of cancer?
