GOT THE APARTMENT the reason I was having such a hard time was because I thought we got passed up for a lease for a place that I was dead set we had locked down. I didn't say this yet but at the beginning of the month we got a notice of non renewal so we HAD to find a place.

Cherries on sale for $1.50/lb at the discount store. Ate a pound of cherries and an ounce of cambozola for dinner. Good shit, feeling like a king. Felt less like a king when I almost passed out in the store from fasting. Also bought a few probiotic sodas for 50¢ a can :)

Compiling reasons from here and other places, and so far have: -pet care -food deserts where other brands, even store brands can be inaccessible -no comparable substitution And the answer I got the most (6 times!) which tbh I expected: -they just own a lot of companies which makes it hard to tell

Sometimes I wonder if I'm in recovery, because on one hand I still binge, I still pvrge, I still restrict and exercise an unhealthy amount maybe a week at a time (until I get a repetitive stress injury usually) but on the other hand I am fairly normal about food like at least 3/4 of all days.

One time in the hospital the nurse accidentally forgot to warm my blood bag and I genuinely cannot describe the specific kind of agony of getting a brain freeze in your entire forearm. My arm was sucking that shit up like it was handed an ice cold slush after not eating for a week

Got my a1c checked because I've been getting a lot of very small very frequent yeast infections and UTIs, esp the day after I eat sweets, which can be a sign of more glucose in the urine. 5.8% Prediabetes is 5.7-6.4 I DON'T WANNA GO BACK TO KETO! I LIKE EATING 1 BOILED POTATO FOR EVERY MEAL DAMMIT

Since I pvrged last night it became an easier choice to make again. Had a normal size breakfast (PB banana and some frozen raspberries) and then had an intense anxiety that brought me back. My cat knows, even if he doesn't completely understand.
