I like my local sports radio station. I find most of the hosts fun to listen to and the chatter can be, oddly, somewhat soothing background noise. Although, as my spouse likes to point out, "Talking about football is not football." 😄

I've used both types & have been happy with both. The first step is to get rid of the mascara etc & the second step is a gentle face wash before bedtime. My go-to is the MaryKay oil-free eye makeup remover & the MK Botanical Effects cleanser, but I'm sure a consultant at Sephora etc has options!

Adding to the Maybelline love: I don’t know if they still have this product, but I remember using a Maybelline clear mascara on days when a black or brown would have been too much. It might have been a primer; I think maybe it was called "clear lash". That might be a good starter mascara.

I'm sorry you had that experience! I have noticed that in recent years they've been pivoting to anti-aging formulas. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I always do a patch test on my inner elbow. My skin can't tolerate a lot of their products, but my MK rep & I know what to avoid.

On this day in 1995, M&M Meat Shops with J.M. Schneider Inc. in Kitchener set a world record with the longest sausage ever. It measured in at 46.3 kilometres and consisted of 315,000 sausages tied together. The record was broken in 2014 by a 62.75 km long sausage in Romania.
