🎓 On 17th December 2024, I received my PhD in Exercise Psychology, in the same lecture hall where my journey began 8 years ago. 🤝 I’m incredibly grateful to have spent these 3 years under the guidance of Philippe Sarrazin and @bcheval.bsky.social – the best team I could have hoped for!

One of the most useful skills @bcheval.bsky.social taught me during my PhD was how to manage data properly: (a) create folders and subfolders with standardised names, (b) create README files, (c) do all the data management in R. This makes scientific collaboration and #openscience much easier.

🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♂️Glad to see that implementing the strategies I use in my PhD to improve affective experiences helped me reach 320 workouts in 2023 (while doing a PhD @labosens.bsky.social and an internship at Brunel University 🇬🇧)! 🎧 Specific music type during the HIIT sessions was one of the most effective!
