Yeah... If the administration adopts the Heritage Foundation's recommendations any speech in favor of trans rights would be treated as having the potential to incite violence. This might not mean arresting us for speech, but it might mean government censorship of trans supportive speech.

The Guardian is reporting that Trump is openly violating a court order, and has transferred multiple transgender women to men's facilities. We know in Florida, transgender women are having their hair shorn, feminine items confiscated, and pulled off medication. This is inhumane and illegal.

I need the institution where I teach (NYU) to respond clearly and unequivocally saying this is unconstitutional and they will not be adhering to it. This is a red line.
