I've become kind of obsessed with how to get the cost of personal aircraft down. Example: A new Cirrus SR22 costs around $1.1 million and weighs 1,111 kg without fuel. Call it $1,000/kg. A Tesla Model Y (long range AWD) costs around $50k and weighs around 1,980 kg. Call it $25/kg.
