I'm so tired of going to RP events and trying to RP and getting ignored. Even if I walk up to someone, I get maybe a post or two before they leave or someone else walks up to talk to them and I get third wheeled.

RP Canon, Lin is single. She's had tons of crushes and a few dates, but nobody sticks around long enough. WoL Canon, she's happily in an open poly relationship, her main triad being with G'raha and Deryk, but with a few other more casual relationships on the side.

NORMAL! All you had to do was be normal and carry our legacy like a good daughter. Is that so damn hard?

Saw a friend filled this out for their OCs and thought I'd jump in. Lin is a bit all over the place when it comes to kinks, and painfully vanilla in some aspects. She's at least willing to try most things (that aren't an empty jar) at least once.

FINAL FANTASY XIV @en.finalfantasyxiv.com · 08/10/2026

A bear-y grisly celebration is on its way. 🐻 All Saints' Wake returns to FFXIV on Thursday, October 15! 👻 sqex.to/p39ox

Image is the key illustration for the All Saints' Wake 2026 event. A large figure in a full-body bear costume with exaggerated stitching and button embellishments looms ominously in the back with its mouth open wide and tongue sticking out. They are holding a pipe in one hand and green smoke emanates from around their head. In front of them to the left is Leofard, who is looking up at the bear and grinning while shrugging his shoulders. To the right Cait Sith looks back at the bear figure with a scared expression, front paws sticking out and tail raised in fear. The background of the illustration is decorated with carved pumpkins and small ghosts.

it's harder than it should be to admit, but what you really want is love. that's what your story is all about - not just the act of loving, but the allowance of it. the confession that you do not want to fight or bleed or save the world, but to simply feel the way two hands fit so easily together.

Can't believe I had to see someone shilling Israeli propaganda on their FF14 account on Bluesky in this day and age. Anyway, Free Palestine

Still think about sometimes how the only time Lin was ever going to be bonded to someone in-game, she was left at the altar and I was ghosted by the other player. Thank god it was just the free tier. I would have crashed out if I had paid money and it happened.

Might say fuck it and use Ori's Unicorn tail as a replacement for now.

011

Lin! «Captain of the Hunt» @lavenderstripes.etheirys.social · 03/10/2026

A character that I don't really post much of. I just updated and adjusted her mods and I really love her. Might have to mess with C+ on that tail to make it look a bit more like I want. I just wish the fur looked a bit more like fur and not just... a flat texture that looks like fur.

Lin! «Captain of the Hunt» @lavenderstripes.etheirys.social · 03/10/2026

My dream is for someone to make a better version of the Furyu Tail. This port is *fine* but it doesn't use the last tail bone for posing and it looks awkward. I used to use the Her Dragon Tails mod, but I wanted something fluffier for my Asian Dragon-inspired Auspice.

Lin's ancient name is Mnemosyne! I thought it would be fun to give her the name since Lin is both a bard and dancer and very music coded. Mnem is also responsible for creating the Siren creatures like Aglaope and Ligeia since in mythology the Sirens were the children of Mnemosyne.

Not beating the Kleon shard allegation I see... Also his Hunter outfit is different than the regular ones you meet! I will have to ID all the parts when I get back 👀

The Tyrant/Arkose during his Hunter days, with the Adventuring hairstyle that is short and swept to one side. His hair is grey in colour.

Kleon, the Ancient man who created the Behemoth. He also has the Adventuring hairstyle but in pink.
