Been there, done that, that's why I don't climb extension ladders anymore. Maybe a day off work and heat and cold packs, 10 minutes on and off. Sometimes an anti inflammatory helps. Hoping it's nothing serious.🤞

Must be so hard to have a son play at this level if you're struggling in any way.😢 I was lucky to have financial support. Would hate to see Declan suffer. Don't have much to offer financially but know of many Indigenous support services in Sudbury if she needs help with other issues.

You're more patient than I. I spent all afternoon trying to connect a new cordless phone to my base and it wouldn't connect. There were a whole lot of bad words flying around here today, including some French ones. Me bad sometimes.😊

Sounds complicated. Well if you ever do hear from her, tell her there's an elderly lady whose son also played for that team years ago that would love to see a game. I actually worked in Copper Cliff before my son was born as a receptionist for Chess Controls. They may have moved now though.

I gained much during menopause and loss of use of my leg for a year in 2000. As long as your cholesterol and BP are ok, those are the things to watch. I'm actually trying to gain 5 lbs back as I feel stronger at that weight.

I don't know about beautiful but tried to look cool, memories of being slim are nice. Managed to keep that weight into my 30's. Down to 115 now, but will never see 95 to 100 again. Asked my doc for the new diabetes meds but she won't give them as she's afraid I'll lose too much weight.

I hope so. Maybe you should flush a few times, depending on how far from the hot water tank it is. The water temp in the tank will tell you. I have a thing with not trusting contractors.
