i obviously can't speak to your particular feelings about needles but i will say that i was the same (and still am!) about vaccines and blood-draws, but i WAS able to overcome that and do my own injections it took like a year and a half to stop bracing for several minutes, but it can be done!

It fits more into its 22 pages than I could have possibly anticipated. From the very first page it drips with gender feelings. It takes its premise with utter seriousness and somehow earns it. It contains an emotional story about a married couple falling apart because of one half's transitioning.

It helps to remember that 95%+ of the erotica on like... literotica is just total slop--agrammatical with totally flat delivery. But people read it! People like it! If you write a good story that has momentum to it, and it goes into some detail about something hot, it'll be hot!

It does make sense! I think the answer to both questions is kind of the same though. If you can identify something that's hot to you (or even something that's hot to someone else) and then spend time and words going into detail about it, like it matters, *someone* will find it hot.
