I'm not sure why most North American airports don't invest in fast trains to downtown cities. Instead they subject the 99% of us to insalubrous taxis, randos in cars on Uber, or suburban trains w random homeless people camping out (who I wish had better options). Trains, man!

I'm fine with folks not having to pay property taxes. But then they cannot leave their property, can't get stuff delivered to them, no stuff removed from the property, including sewage, unless they pay a toll for any part of the inbound or outbound trip that touches county land.
