JKR's half-assed apology doesn't even begin to redress the harms she's caused, even if it's sincere. An apology isn't enough, just changing her mind isn't enough. There is an incalculable amount of harm to be healed from even if she stopped her anti-trans crusade immediately.

There's a simple rule of thumb when listening to someone in power assign blame.
