Been dancing as a warm-up, as cardio, and as a way to hopefully give myself the confidence to actually dance at a convention. Today was a 16 minute dance warmup, 100 push-ups, 120 squats, and 3 60-second planks. Had a few other things mixed in there but those are filler for the more intense parts.

I've had problems with my back since I was 15. I started working out about 2 months ago, I cannot believe how much better I feel. My back pain is gone. I'm sore sometimes, but it feels good because I know it's from making progress. I can't thank the friends who encouraged me to keep on it enough.

Had to double check when I started working out again, this time just with the goal of feeling better. June 30th I struggled on my first 10 pushups, today I did 80. Last week I walked over 40 miles and didn't get sore from it. I'm getting there :V
