Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 11/03/2025Finally watched Aftersun, and oh my god, that ‘Under Pressure’ scene… what a wrecking ball. Prime example of how to tell a story specifically through the art of filmmaking. 030
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 10/03/2025At the end of his career, someone really needs to make a tree branching off of Tunsil, of all the drafts picks / other trades that were put into motion starting with when the Dolphins originally traded him. 020
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 09/02/2025Not sure if anyone over here cares about such things, but I just posted a new chapter of my Killing Eve fic 'Cloud to Ground': archiveofourown.org/works/516968... 3253
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 07/02/2025My wife really needed a win right now and they DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! 0110
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 01/02/2025Right?! I was having a real bummer of a day, so it was such a lovely surprise. 010
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 31/01/2025Ha. Yes, there are six chapters thus far (out of nine total). I haven't updated in a while because of life stuff, but I'm getting close to posting the next chapter. Here's the link to the fic, if you're still interested: archiveofourown.org/works/516968...archiveofourown.org Cloud to Ground - Chapter 1 - DontShoveTheSun - Killing Eve (TV 2018) [Archive of Our Own] An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works 100

Reposted by Stacydavid ehrlich @davidehrlich.bsky.social · 16/01/2025David Lynch gave us the language we needed to better articulate the indescribable strangeness of our shared reality. “Lynchian” is so overused because it’s a viscerally understandable word without any known synonyms. I can’t imagine a more beautiful artistic legacy than that. 109135772513
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 16/01/2025Watching Mulholland Drive as a 16-year-old shifted something in my brain, in the way I viewed art, and was one of the inspiring forces that led to my decision to go to film school. You were one of a kind, David Lynch. 020

Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 10/01/2025Yeah, that whole thing was a little wild tbh, didn’t expect it. But I don’t like when I get fixated on “engagement”, feels like I’m succumbing to brain rot. 010
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 10/01/2025Social media has made people starved for insta-attention + obsessed with engagement stats and how theirs compares to others, etc. Admittedly I fall prey to this sometimes too. It’s a bummer. 150
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 09/01/2025More and more of my friends and colleagues in the LA area have been evacuated, and it’s such a helpless feeling to just… sit here, watching this chaos and destruction. Please prioritize safety, everyone. As best you can. 0260
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 08/01/2025The right has multiple media apparatuses to hype their ideas, whereas the left mostly (if not entirely) receives skepticism and “how will they pay for it??” 010

Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 06/01/2025Interesting. I can't imagine the Liberty being willing to trade or leave her unprotected, or Sabrina wanting to leave for a team that's building & not competing for championships. Now, maybe in a few years, if the Valkyries or Portland are playoff squads / bringing in other stars – that I could see. 100
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 06/01/2025Cannot believe they’re running it back with Grier. Good grief. 110
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 05/01/2025I’m ready to not watch this team play for a good long while. 020
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 02/01/2025Sieler not making it bums me out. As much as a Pro Bowl snub can bum a person out anyway, lol. 000
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 02/01/2025Yep. Those two and maybe Jonnu are the only ones who had solid cases to make it this season. (Which isn't great, considering the amount of $$ spent on big-name players, but that's another story. 😅) 010
Stacy @laikasp.bsky.social · 02/01/2025I respect your takes so much, Travis, but you're kidding yourself if you think the Bills wouldn't prefer to face the Dolphins over the Bengals and the Broncos, especially when temps are estimated to be freezing. (And if Bass had missed that FG, the game would've gone to OT. Not a guaranteed win.) 100
