Went to see Stop! That! Train! this afternoon and it was everything I hoped it would be. Everyone did a great job, great writing and choreo (of course!) and I laughed more than I can remember. Great mood booster and just being silly to raise spirits. ❤️❤️

Well, my wife and I went to see a couple of movies in the theater today. Mortal Kombat was a Mortal Kombat movie. Karl Urban is good. Sheep Detectives was brilliant and funny and I spent a full half of the movie crying because I’m a sentimental old lady, and it has poignancy down to an art.

Up before even the dandelions 💕

A small pretty flower coming up through last year’s thatch grass alongside this year’s first green blades. The cup shaped flower has striations of lavender and violet, fading to nearly white at the outer edges of the petals are slightly frilled.
The center of the flower is bright orange yellow and heavy with pollen.

Are you KIDDING ME, McDonalds? Yesterday, I got a derpy McFlurry and it came in the cup on the right $6 something. Today, same price, cup on the left. There was no indication of a size change via signs or anything. I am inordinately pissed off by this.

I’ve used the Freestyle Libre continuous glucose monitors (CGM) since shortly after they became available. Starting Wednesday, I’ll be switching to the Dexcom 7. 2 out of 2 of the Libre 3+ that I’ve used has been defective the same very serious way.
