Ive got a short story called The Last Human coming out in the next Gaslamp Pulp edition. Its about the last human on earth living alongside robots and his struggles to cope with environmental catastrophe. Very absurdist. No link yet, but hopefully it'll be avaliable soon. #weeknightwriters

Sebastian is a neurotic little shit. Overanalyzes, bit of a control freak. He wants to know why his sister erased her memories of him, so he searches for her file, only to break it and come face to face with her ghost. Its what he wants, but comes to learn thats not what he needs. #weeknightwriters

This used to be a big problem for me too. Its only gotten better with lots of practice, and feedback from good betas #weeknightwriters

I enjoy most aspects, but I think those little differences are the most difficult for me, like speech patterns, how they stand. The little defining characteristics. They never come easy and I have to sit down and really think about it. #weeknightwriters

I love letting my characters run wild on the page. Thats where most of their development comes from. I set up their inner conflict, maybe plan out a few beats, and then watch them crash into each other and see what comes out. #weeknightwriters

Agreed. Names can be incredibly powerful. I couldn't imagine changing a characters name, it becomes a core part of their identity. #weeknightwriters

Thank you! And I am indeed. The story is about Seb accidentally breaking files which releases peoples ghosts into the city, which he then has to hunt down in a Ghostbusters fashion. But its largely about him realizing the practice is inherently harmful. #weeknightwriters
