So the pilot for FX Fighter Kurumi-chan is quite interesting. The opening scene plays comedically "look at the Pink Haired Anime Girl freaking out over Stocks or something". Then it plays a Fast OP the looks like an idol or Magical Girl show. Then it quickly turns serious.

I now must conclude I'm simply not in JoJo's target audience. If there was any Part of JoJo I could enjoy in-spite of the aspects of JoJo that I find off-putting it would be Steel Ball Run due to me interest in Anime Ne-Westerns form the 00s. But as of episode 3 I've lost any itnerest.

So Hulu informing me of an upcoming Price Increase the same day I learn some of the shows I'm msot relied on them for are expiring. Sailor Moon first and foremost, ltierally the origonal reason I ever cared about hulu. Also Accel World, Coppelion and Death Note.

The reason I stress the scientific fact that the Frontal Cortex isn't full formed till 25 isn't because I want to disallow people from doing till they're that old. It's because it's important role in decision making means no one should face permanent consequences for anything they did before 25.

None of what people believe about the Afterlife is Per Se the point of Christianity. There is room for Disagreement on all but 3 things, none are relevant to your argument. You can be a Universalist or an Inclusivist and thus have no reason to oppose aggressive Evangelism.

I just learned about "bidoof's law" and it's a dumb Internet Law concept because it's not predicting anything. Any attempt to predict that any holder of a certain kind of opinion probably openly talks about Hentai will fail. There's plenty of Anti-Hentai people all over the political spectrum.

I'll bet a lot of Mushoku Tensei viewers didn't even notice that the show had never said Rubeus's Japanese name till Oldeus showed up. It's been not drawing attention to how it'd been avoiding that. But I had gotten Savvy to it back during season 2.

last thing I'll say: I know people feel "betrayed" and ofc no one is obligated to continue to spend time and energy on something they hate. but as someone who rewatched every episode multiple times before the finale, I STRONGLY recommend rewatching the series now with the ending thesis in mind!

I've now read Superman: Strange Attractors where collects most of Gail Simone's brief 2005 Action Comics run. It's pretty good, I like the dynamic between Superman and Black Adam in it. The Livewire's appearance in this is actually her introduction to the mainline Comics continuity.

Lanterns is entertaining, but what I can't get over is how the hype for the Gunnverse was supposed to be it not being the Dark and Cynical take on Superheroes that Snyder's was, and yet Lanterns is doing far more of that then Snyder ever did.

Episode 3 of Doom Patrol is pretty good. The way it compared Jane to it's Nazi Mad Scientist at the end is a pretty good allegory for the difference between Fascist Collectivism and Left Wing Collectivism. I think the Magician character in episodes 405 was supposed to be John Constantine.

Adria Arjona looks more like Wonder Woman then Maxima (I like when Red haired Comic Book characters are actually played by natural Red Heads) but I also don't want Wonder Woman to 2 film universes in a row be introduced as a supporting character in a Superman movie.

In order to not succumb to sex negative conservatism you have to accept that people will get off to things that are upsetting to you, and you cannot assume anything about what they have or have not experienced, what they do or or do not believe, and how they act based solely on what gets them off, even if it's extremely confusing and disturbing to you. There are people who have only ever had heterosexual vanilla sex in missionary with the lights off, who actively contribute more to real world harm than your average fetish artist. Kink is not a reliable source of information on someone's moral standing. It just feels good to think that way.

Next year's Superman movie will be the theatrical feature film debut of Brainiac. I find it annoying it took till the 8th Superman movie for that to happen. Because I've always considered him the second most important Superman villain.

The Wonder Woman Bloodlines animated movie is clearly to some extend an adaptation of the 2004-2005 Eyes of The Gorgon storyline from Greg Rucka's run. But neither it's Wikipedia Page or it's DC Antifandom Wiki Page acknowledge that.
