Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 03/12/2025As usual my Apple Music is curated differently. What’s surprising to me is that this year I appear to have used Apple Music more. Anyway the Fantastic Four and Superman soundtracks ruled my life this year. 100
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 03/12/2025Ok so here’s what Spotify is telling me. Unsurprisingly K-pop Demon Hunter took over. Tanakori Nishikawa sneaked his way back into my listening habits, and still consistently very very much like Milet. 130
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 03/12/2025What the heck, it’s already December. This mean it’s time to enjoy stats made frik data harvesting heck yeah. 110
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 11/10/2025After sitting on it a bit, the core of my problem is in the editing. Also didn’t help that Gunn overhyped it but that is on me for listening to him say stuff online lol. 000
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 10/10/2025Oof, that final peacemaker episode was kind of letdown. Like, what happened man? 100
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 01/09/2025I haven’t watched Kaiju 8, so I wasn’t familiar with the name AURORA before, but I’ve been looping the Nod-Krai theme since it’s been released and damn she’s good. youtu.be/RuXa_yxZMGI?...youtu.beNod-Krai Main Theme Live Performance | Genshin Impact #GenshinImpact #NodKraiYouTube video by Genshin Impact 030
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 16/08/2025Just heard an airport security guy complain and he’s bored and “Why is Air Canada the only airline in Canada?!” . 030
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/08/2025I know I’ve been living under a rock lately, but why did nobody tell me about this before ? It’s so good I love it. 10/10 youtu.be/FoO7Pmx0bE4?...youtu.beASMRZ(TANAKA, NEEDMORECASH) - 잘자요 아가씨(prod. Gwana)❤️ Official Music VideoYouTube video by 나몰라패밀리 핫쇼 110
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 03/08/2025I’m still thinking about the snowman scene in the new Naked Gun movie. Absolute cinema. 000
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 29/07/2025Funny enough, I didn’t love it as much as I would have liked the first time because I somehow had made a movie in my head prior to seeing it and I guess it wasn’t that. But letting go of it made me appreciate the second watch so much more! 010
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 29/07/2025It just occurred to me that I haven’t talked about movies on social media in a long time, so I should say that I really loved Superman. I’ve seen it twice in theatres and I’m probably gonna see Fantastic Four at least twice as well because I really enjoyed it too. 240
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 28/07/2025- omniscient reader… oh boy. Look it’s not good, but thought it was ok. I’ve only read the webtoon… and honestly I’ve seen worse live action adaptation. It’s currently getting beat up by fans online, and I can’t fault them for it. 000
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 28/07/2025It’s that time of year where fantasia is back in town, so I did a triple movie feature today. - ChaO was really nice, very chaotic but beautifully animated. Overall charming. - Ya Boy Kongming! Movie was aight, but chockfull of cameo, guests stars and the second half of the movie is a music fest. 130

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/07/2025Anyway the new Jurassic World is fun, and not completely sauceless unlike the previous ones with World in the title. 010
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/07/2025I hope I’m wrong but as a Nolan fan, I have zero confidence in what that movie is going to do. I’ll be so happy to be wrong however. 000
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/07/2025So, I saw Nolan’s Odyssey teaser that is playing before Jurassic World, and uh… it made me kinda sad that everybody slept on last year’s The Return. It wasn’t exactly the greatest movie but the acting was incredible, and I just don’t really believe Matt Damon has the same gravitas as Ralph Fiennes. 100

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 18/06/2025I know this is based on the most popular anime’s of that year, but this it’s really interesting how accurately it represents hi I went from watching a bunch of anime to almost none. 130

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 29/04/2025Oh yeah this was definitely another election where people mostly voted to keep the conservatives out of power, and the NDP got sacrificed for that. I just hope they can recover. 100
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 29/04/2025I literally dunno what the NDP is going to do going forward. I miss the orange wave. 110

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/01/2025Like I get it, you don’t speak Japanese. But why not do a simple google search ? And again it was almost every single uber driver. Not one of them bothered to try to figure it out. Do you know how hard it was to resist going “hey do you want me to fix that for you ?” 😭😭😭😭😭 030
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/01/2025I have to say, a thing that drove me nut in New Zealand was, almost every single uber we got, would have imported a Prius from Japan, but they just leave the freaking dashboard in Japanese. They don’t even bother changing the time. One even had a GPS displaying a map in Japan!!! Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 130
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/01/2025Oh yeah forgot to post this the other day, but there’s a street in Wellington where people do a lot of busking. It’s really great. But I have to give me shoutouts to these guys for bringing their DJ booth and just playing beats lmao. 000
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 06/01/2025When you misread the name of the event and you start wondering what Darude - Sandstorm sounds like when arranged for a symphonic orchestra. 041

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 05/01/2025In a uber, still in NZ, listening to the radio presenter talking about watching the Golden Globes, and suggesting to use a VPN to watch it. Also it’s at 2pm so make sure your boss isn’t looking. And I’m like lmao 020
Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 31/12/2024Eating Shaomai at 2am on January 1st, at the night market in New Zealand feels like a surreal way to start the year. But I’d say that’s a great one. 020

Chris @kurotsuki.bsky.social · 21/12/2024So, my flight has the Takagi-san movie. I’ve been meaning to watch it, but holy shit, I wasn’t expecting this level of glucose. It’s like I went to an ice-cream shop and ate all the super sweet flavours available. This movie is so cute and everyone in it is so adorable it’s crazy. 050
