it's wild to me that a MOD enabled raining at night in Dragons Dogma 2... but it didn't create it.. it just turned it on... and it is genuinely often the most beautiful this game has looked.

an old stone paved circle at the center of a town with a big dragon fountain is lit by torches and reflections off the water on the ground causing a beautiful yellow glow over everything, a few people in medieval armor are visible.

I saw @alisonborealis.bsky.social do this and it was interesting so I gave it a shot, finished in about 2 seconds likely due to my low skeet count.

I went and checked myself... and the pixel remaster looks like this lol... thank god for that, no where near as good as the original version of 6 but almost no pixel games are and depending on your preference potentially a big upgrade over the NES/FC versions.

I did recently as a Canadian get Curried beef and veggies because the folks wanted Chinese and I kind of did not, but that still looked like this (their picture not mine) it was quite lovely.

a mix of moderately thinly sliced beef, carrots, green and red peppers with some chow mein noodles just peaking out from underneath, everything is covered in a brown curry sauce.

Here is a shot from Nocturnal Throne, a demo for a Megabonk like (which in turn is a 3D survivor like) the first of every powerup you pick up is visible on your character and as a result I now look like a leftest lesbian and I am into it.

@kayin.moe you know what almost no one is talking about with Silksong that they should be? the save the ability to access NAMED prior auto saves at key points to fix save games (that was the intentiona anyway) my speedrunner friend FREAKED when I showed him, pixated most for spoilers though.

I tried making pie for the first time, they are under filled because I wanted two and it was gifted sour cherries, it was appropriately sour but it could have been a bit sweeter and a bit thicker, just used a store bought crust which was a bit meh but not something I wanted to deal with.

two cherry pies in tin trays, really about half full of a lumpy cherry filling, the yellow box for the crust is visible with a stainless pan with a tiny bit of left over cherry mixture in it, all sitting on a white deep freeze.

Yeah I REALLY liked it quite a lot alongside spirographs and also those little books that had you draw cool things entirely with circles always fascinated me. (I could not find said books, kind of sad about it)
