⚠️ CW Gore, blood, cannibalism (undead) 🩸 A very spooky commission for @ominousmischief.bsky.social !! #art #vgencomm #warcraft #warcraftart #gore #horror #spacelingart

World of Warcraft fanart illustration of a bloody scene in the lands of the undead: Tirisfal Glades. A Forsaken woman has taken down a soldier of the Scarlet Crusade, torn open his ribcage, and is now devouring his insides. Despite this, her expression is calm. The atmosphere is spooky with a mostly green sky with a fog rolling in and pine trees in the distance.

Overlaying the image is text that reads "SPACELING.ART," indicating the artist's name, along with links to their Patreon and Ko-fi pages. There is also a note stating "NOT FOR RESALE, NFTs, OR AI," emphasising the artist's rights regarding the artwork.

Detail from the previous image, focusing on the figure in the image.

My 1 take on the boston globe lesbian bar article is that i cant believe ppl like that ACTUALLY EXIST and its not a online stereotype. Like every paragraph had me facepalming and groaning in frustration. Especially the part about psychiatrists being part of ACAB (WHAT??)

Legacy of Kain OC stuff with @skizoh.bsky.social 's and my guys during their younger years (whatever that means for a vampire) #arttag

Two panels, first showing a blue skinned vampire brushing their hair saying "I simply don't understand what you see in that scrawny mutt. He doesn't even have money." second panel showing a pale vampire with long curly hair doing his make-up saying "I think he's cute. Try to give him a chance even if he's poor and badly dressed."

Also my opinion on my z flip that survived a LOT longer than most (2022-2026) as the means of fail was 2 yrs for most bc of the screen: Wtf are ppl doing with their phones? No seriously. All I did was replace the shitty samsung screen protector that peeled 3 months in, and it was fine.

Kristal @kristaldoodle.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Lrt: I had to downgrade to a S20 FE after My Z flip 4's screen ribbon cable got damaged, and the S20 doesn't have ANY of the AI features that was pushed to the Z Flip (Gemini and Samsung AI) And I can tell. The battery is so much better and less bullshit clutter.

Kickstarter officially banning adult content now. Knew this was coming, but it still sucks to have yet another part of the internet that I've been explicitly evicted from. Digital gentrification is exhausting.

Screenshot of Kickstarter's new rules against mature content, in which everything pornographic is banned. It's a long document that's formatted in a way that I can't copy and paste all the text that's in it, but the first is that all point and anything sexual is now banned.

This part of the document outlines how even self censoring your own work will not work, because even the implication of sex is too much. Even in prose works.

This document is confusing because it says that erotic comics ARE allowed... you just can't show sex acts or genitals or try to arouse people. Also you can make sex toys, just so long as they're not for sexual gratification.

This is how Kickstarter's email began:

"Hello,
Kickstarter has always been a home for bold, boundary-pushing creative work, including mature content projects like romance novels, nude art books, and provocative comics. Creators working in this space are a valued part of our community, and that hasn’t changed." And yet it definitely has changed.

My polite and effective way of saying this is this screenshot and a heavy handed but gentle stare at…quite a few of you.

post from tumblr:
I need a polite and effective way to say "hey your heart is truly in the right place and your anger is often righteous but I think sometimes you're getting recreationally mad about things that are frankly not worth the amount of energy you're spending on them, and every time you do this you're driving yourself slightly more insane with nothing to show for it," and then I need a way to broadcast that message through a loudspeaker to roughly 30,000 people at once, and THEN I need a time machine to send that message to my past self lol. and maybe a second time machine in case past me tries to be clever and sabotage the version of me who comes through the first Time Machine

I honestly believe that Legacy of Kain: Ascendance is just a kickstarter bonus as no way they'd spend all that time after TDSR bombed with fans to make it AGAIN in video game format with lackluster controls and gameplay. Such a waste of resources and time. They gotta hire fans next time.
