Golden Cue is a mode in which snooker and pool players compete against each other in a hybrid cue sports tournament. So for example, you could get to play a snooker match against Earl Strickland, a man who very famously looks absolutely nothing like this

Been spending the week playing through World Snooker Challenge 2007 on PSP (emulator), picking up a save I left off 17 years ago. I may be the only person in existence to have actually cleared it & unlocked the bonus "Golden Cue" tournament, so here is what the Golden Cue arena looks like.

Post a cartoon no one else remembers. You will not believe how much tragedy that puppy goes through in the space of an hour. It is harrowing. So naturally I watched it many times as a child.

New book arrivals from last week, courtesy of @llllucid.bsky.social - thanks again as always, & congrats on some utterly gorgeous tomes! Quite possibly the most luxurious books I own, now

Both my books of @typical-ingrid.bsky.social's adorable comic series SPF 100+ arrived today! Thank you so much for doing these, looking forward to giving this a read once again! They are very good lads

Copies of volume 1 and 2 of the comic series, SPF 100 plus. Both covers depict two boys with surfboards, one with brown fluffy hair, tanned skin and a blue tank top, the other with dark hair, pale skin, slightly pointy ears, and wearing a yellow hoodie with a wetsuit underneath. I don't know what I was expecting from the Hololive koi-koi game, Holo's Hanafuda, but I didn't anticipate "being able to recreate a scene from a classic Vic & Bob sketch" would be a potential prospect
