I'm gonna be honest. I feel like I could get through my work day EASIER without AI. The amount of time I spend ignoring/deleting emails with subject lines along the lines of "MEET YOUR NEW AI CO-WORKER!" or closing some random window that popped out that said "HI! I'm your AI assistant" is a lot.

Aside from the moral bankruptcy and climate concerns, one of the big things that I hate about AI is that it is heavily being used to take a task and speed it up at the detriment of the quality of the end product. I don't want faster-made, worse-quality products. I want products that are made right.

Welp, went into the specialist and did a fitting. Come to find out, the reason why I was struggling was because... - It was the wrong size headband - the wrong size face mask - the wrong model of face mask entirely Aside from the machine and the hose, everything did not fit me in the slightest.

I'm stressed out af about making sure I have my CPAP set up properly and it doesn't help that the app that is supposed to help me is like "Hi, I'm Dawn. Your myAir AI digital assistant." FUCK AI. FUCK OFF. I HOPE EVERY DATA CENTER FALLS INTO A SINKHOLE AND EVERY AI CEO ROTS IN PRISON FOREVER.
