#MHA #Kirishima #KRBK I finally get to post my fic for @brightfuturezine.bsky.social! ❤️ MHA timeskip 💪 Insecure but BAMF Kiri ❤️ KRBK and supportive Fat Gum goodness 💪 Featuring art by @honeysun.bsky.social (linked below!!) Check it out here: archiveofourown.org/works/92768596

Screenshot of the tags for “Lasting Impact”, a Kirishima-centric fanfic with Kiribaku, mentor Fat Gum, insecure/BAMF Kiri, and an original child character

Screenshot of the summary for “Lasting Impact” by Scarlet_Traveler:

To be a hero who puts himself on the line to protect others, to live a life without regrets. He’s failed at the first, and it only made him fail at the second even worse. Maybe he’s getting better at them if Fat keeps praising him, though? Maybe he could consider going pro next year.

(He ignored the fact that he’s had that same thought for the last several years.)

KRBK Round Robin @krbkroundrobin.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

If you’re interested in writing for the KrBk Round Robin or wish for us to consider a writer you like, we’re now taking suggestions. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...

Q: Is there possibly a way to establish a 'throw your hat in the ring' option? if the event was and still is open to all talent but is only invite only due to initial low turn out/poor reach, i'd love a way for writers to throw their hats in the ring for consideration for future rounds if at all possible. even something like this form where people can be given a chance to join in. i fully understand if it's now an impractical option but still i'm sure i'm not the only one who'd love a chance if it's viable

A: Though we have decided not to do formal apps, the mods are open to suggestions. We now have a form where people can submit AO3 handles (including your own). Our next cycle isn’t until early next year, so please keep in mind that we will not be seriously discussing these writers until December.

We got a question! (I apologize for not posting this earlier, the ask box will be more diligently monitored.)

KrBkRoundRobin Q&A

Q:How are your writers decided?

A: The round robin is an invite only event. The mods nominate writers whose work they’re familiar with from AO3/fan events.
Unfortunately we learned from the initial failed launch of the round robin that open apps do not work well with our event structure.

Scarlet_Traveler

“Eijirou's bare shoulders sagged as a sigh breezed past his lips. Then his gaze took in the bed and the teddy bear that was still tucked between them, before his eyes went to Katsuki. Heat crawled up his cheeks as red eyes swept over blond hair, likely looking even wilder than usual, and his tank top that was still sleep-rumpled and almost slipping off of one shoulder. A red to rival his hair bloomed across Eijirou's face. ‘M-Morning, man.’”
