I hate articles written this way, because this is not what the word “obsolete” means. Your Apple Watch Series 7 is not gonna suddenly stop giving you the time, or suddenly stop tracking your fitness. It still connects to iPhones running iOS 27. These “about a million” watches are not obsolete.

Why is YouTube randomly turning some text in comments into links to search results?? Why would I ever want to go from a Apple IIGS OS video to search for Molasses???

Same mistake here. You're likely to forget the か at the end, so it's good to keep it separate from です. But again, for the こそあど word, it only gives you the correct answer -- それ. Don't even get me started about how it seems to think a learner might use けんさん or 学生 here. Or even the lack of Kanji.

This is what I don't understand -- the most likely mistake for someone to make here is to mix up これ and それ. So why isn't それ, どれ or even あれ present here? It's not a good learning exercise if it doesn't let you make the most likely mistake. Worse yet, nobody is selecting じゃあね. Why is that here?

I went ahead and replaced zsh on macOS with my new shell -- the hand-crafted version, not the vibe-coded one. It's still not exactly ready for primetime (It doesn't yet support quotes or changing directory), but I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out.

@screenhog.bsky.social I’m hoping to get your opinion on this. How would you explain why cheating items in a Club Penguin-style game materially impacts other players? This is what I came up with, but I’m not sure if it’s quite right. Considering making a video.

What's being ignored here is that the social interactions is not a small add-on. Social interaction is not part of the gameplay, it is the gameplay. Club Penguin is a social playground. What items you wear impacts how players interact with you, and if you have items that are impossible to obtain or are supposed to be rare, it gives you social clout that you simply did not earn. That is a material impact in the gameplay.
