Malon in the Kalahari outdoor landscape in the parking lot CCP was awesome! I just wish i had spent more time and maybe got the swim pass. Mark mentioned going again next year 👀

Im still unsure about what I am doing besides Boa Hancock (Friday), and Bunny Usagi as a fun night outfit. Ariel and Malon are competing for my Saturday plans, and Usagi is just there. She might be my Thursday night badge pickup and mild scoping of the scene. #colossalcon

Oldie but I never posted! Some Ironmouse at the lava bar. 📸 Rawrcophoto (insta) Man, I should’ve ordered a drink for this! 🍹 Also, I am cooking up some more Ironmouse cosplays. I found the most perfect fabric to make her sweater from her Decora fit AND Dancer mouse🙂‍↕️ #ironmouse #cosplaymaker

@korgimoon.bsky.social took this video of my Down Low Geek Show variety show performance. When I tell you I was sucking wind inside this costume, I WAS DYING. But it was for the art and the fun. Thank you @weebwitched.bsky.social for letting me be a dinosaur on stage.

She is soooo cute. I lov her in the manga and thought about it a lot and then the anime just solidified that thought. I cant stay away from pink or pink hair

Everything else is just simple going. I HOPE to have Racer Ironmouse this summer. Hell mouse and Dancer mouse. Id LOVE to have Dancer Mouse ready for VGM con next year and recreate one of her covers from the little concert she did. Then there is more mouse.

I got LOTS of pink and lots of white. You will understand. Some of these are cosplans without a true deadline to keep stress down. I want to make Sweet Piano this summer, Victorian Sailor Moon by this Fall and the burlesque Neo Queen Serenity for Akeome con in December.

I had to restrain myself, and bring a list so to not get completely overwhelmed. I used a giftcard, too. Which for all this i only spent $32.50!!!! And still have giftcard money left over. The next sale probably wont be until September.

There was a sale at the local Textile center. They resell secondhand crafting stuff in a small space behind the regular shop, called The Stashery. This is stuff people donate, and they have a sale twice a year where they take the entire center, and display EVERYTHING and it’s also 50%off too!

Also my husband recorded it, and that’s another thing. Watching that stuff without my own harsh self critiquing. I want to share it though! I just need to make sure that it is worth sharing.

I love singing on stage but also i still get the butterflies. Usually I have a hard time thinking about doing anything else beyond the performance. Once it’s done, I have this sigh of relief-“ I lived”. Well... I lived! Victory! I did it!

Ofc it was going to be like that. Why did i think i was simply putting my name on a form. I need more. But video😭😭😭 okay. That means not learning the song for the recital but already having it learned for said video to submit for recital. Okay! We got this!!

I gotta try to figure out how I am going to enter the VGM con recital. I want to sing something from Final Fantasy but they need a video of the performance. So there’s finding backing track, doing video and then that’s it? Im nervous because this means I have to do a lot of prep vs showing up 😂

I didn’t get enough full selfies in Dark Lady as we pretty much dashed to our photoshoot and then it just didnt occur to me until after. But she turned out soooo good!

No swimming for me, though. It just didnt time right with other previous commitments or for being under the weather… Literally and figuratively.. im hoping i can fully invest my time next year. Stay at the hotel, sell my own art, mermaid around at the pools and go to the ball.

Managed to push through how I felt and do a couple short visits at Mercon before the snow storm hit. I went to an ASL, swap, and mermaid Makeup/Wig panel. At the swap, I got some random brown fabric (because cosplay finds me anywhere). I also made a Merclip, and checked out their vendor hall.

I have had this happen. Wahh😭. The part that broke off must have landed where it shouldn’t have, and the extruder kept going until it eventually collided with it, knocking off that cover. Not sure if this helps but, I usually raise the temp by 5 degrees or more if it spaghetti’s like that.
