Sometimes I think about how different my suburban high school experience was compared to younger generations but also many of my peers. I took sociology in 10th grade (1998 for me I think?). I certainly didn't appreciate at the time what an opportunity that was, or what it would be.

I think about this a lot! The thing about poker is the production crew made the stories from emergent play (eh? eeeehhhh?) It sucks to watch now because shows market to optimizing prop bettors, not every day schlubs tuning in to something interesting. No stories, no reasons to care.
