My mom is the reason I’m into horror. She was a reader and a huge Stephen King fan. I remember how excited she was when the IT miniseries came out, and watching it with her. Tim Curry’s Pennywise is easily a top 5 iconic horror performance for me.

My 2nd biggest gripe with Chicago is with these block parties. We shut down entire streets for a full day so that 2 kids can jump around in a bouncy house for an hour while their parents glare at anyone walking down the sidewalk. It’s madness. Everyone knows it’s stupid.
