Vtubers, businesses, whoever: I am opening for commercial commissions either December or January!! I am looking to expand my professional commercial portfolio!!!! i've worked with setsuna productions, JAST, & mint castella (character design) building my portfolio!!

Currently only accepting commercial commissions.
I am available for merchandise illustrations, promotional images, character design, outfit design for a pre-existing character, & more.
What is a commercial artwork commission?
A flat fee is paid to the artist in exchange for commercial rights of the Artwork. Artwork can be used for business purposes with intent to make a profit.

Terms Of Service
Pricing is based on approximate hours, complexity, & timeline. A quote will be provided if Terms of Service are agreed upon.
In initial inquiry, Client provides a deadline for Project; character references; & short summary explaining your request. Visual references such as "mood boards" & pose ideas are helpful but not necessary.
Payment collected via Paypal Invoice after sketch is approved. An e-mail address must be provided for invoicing purposes.
Artwork Timeline begins with the sketch approved by Client. The finished artwork will be delivered by Deadline. Please communicate if more updates are needed as this is Artist's workflow.
Artist is available for work under Non-Disclosure Agreements. Artist retains the right to livestream creation of Artwork unless stated otherwise by an NDA.
Artist retains intellectual property rights. Artwork may appear on Artist's portfolio or social media after the project is completed and/or public.
Client will credit Artist on social media as Henemimi (@henemimi or henemimi.moe)
No refunds or charge backs after commission has been completed.
Usage of artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, including future innovations in the space, is strictly prohibited.
Artist retains the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Artist will communicate if complications arise or deadline cannot be met for any reason. Refunds will be discussed with Client.

Not only is their site sketchy as hell, they'll create accounts 'for you' using your public facing information and branding to make it look like you're a member

Looked into this, it's annoying but unsurprising that they turned this on by default but 1). Mainly seems to be an issue if you have agents, which most people don't. 2). If you really care about this shit use nvcleanstall and don't use Nvidia's app

fyi having this setting on still requires you to connect the app to an ai agent for it to control the app, but in the interest of "what if my evil os decides to install company-sponsored malware" you may wish to turn it off regardless

PSA: The latest NVIDIA App update adds a Default-ON option that allows AI Agents to control the app... Might want to turn it off.. Even aside from being lame AI features, that feels like making security even worse by defaulting it ON.
