No, we don’t need to eat meat to survive. On the contrary, it’s healthier not to eat animal products. Those eating a well planned vegan diet have lower rates of many chronic diseases including the biggest killers. Actual experts say so. And the least expensive food in the grocery store is vegan.

A Dutch recipe book from 1959. Gonna veganize this recipe, and will show you the result. I love these old recipe books. They are so pure in their ingredients. Just have to switch one or two non-vegan ingredients and you have the recipe of success.
