People really need to fucking re-learn the difference between "I don't like this" and "This is harmful". Not liking a thing is fine, but you don't get to dictate what others enjoy, actually. Especially not within fiction. Be an adult. If you don't like something, move on.

I always try to share historical archives or information so people have access to that when wanting to evoke/write medieval settings. But I’m always reminded that people don’t even understand how trade affected medieval Europe. So it’s like, they’re not going to read archives.

I HC that Terence would sort of smell like Dion who I think would be wyvern tails—similar to iris imo—church incense, white musk, with a touch of bergamot and steel. I don’t think either would wear fragrance but rather smell like the things they use or are surrounded by.
