I normally don’t like to have dogs in fights. I’m a cat person. But I want creative integrity back. I want my D&D players to have an imagination instead of telling me what a machine thought of for them. I want my shitty paint by number to have come from someone paid to design it.

That’s fair. I don’t know if I’ve really believed the math claims. Thinking about it, and more seriously, I wonder if my mostly-passively keeping away came from burnout with 5e and some assumed similarities because of their proximity, even if I’ve no real impressions to have a fair feeling about it

I’ve transitioned out of 5e and into indie and, throughout, I’ve just been intimidated by the amount of math I’d been at one point made to believe Pathfinder 2e has(?) Shiny math rocks are for eating, not counting 😛
