Voter fraud is votes cast illegally (e.g. impersonation, double-voting, or ineligible voting). For this to influence an election, it would require thousands of voters to act in coordination, each risking being caught.

Election manipulation (cyberattacks, digital tampering, or machine-hacking) can be pulled off by a small group or even a single actor with skills to compromise the system and leave little trace.

Although research finds that voter fraud is exceedingly rare, this tells us very little about the likelihood of election manipulation.

Rewatching Hannibal. (Forever sad it was only 3 seasons.) Like when it was first on, a majority of the time I can actually sit down to watch it is during a meal.
