Chapter 2: Too Much Is Not Enough Yesterday I used 200ml of milk. Absolutely not enough. Today I used 240ml, aka exactly 1 cup. Just a touch too much, even accounting for adding the scoop of protein powder and 4 teaspoons of brown sugar. Guess we split the difference tomorrow and hope.
