after a couple of months, i have for my original comic: one and a half completed character sheets, sketches for like 8 other characters, some setting sketches, completed lore (woohoo), and a basic plot outline with a few details filled in. THIS IS HARD DUDE

meet rhaizel, one of the tritagonists of my wip! a goldnote abandoned at birth for being “cursed,” he is eventually found and informally adopted by captain sabrene. he grows to become a feared pirate—with a bad habit of trusting anyone kind to him too quickly. art by @kittleskittle1.bsky.social !

Character sheet of Rhaizel. One side has his full body straight on to the viewer with his left (screen right) foot to the side. His skin is rich and warm brown, and he has long and wavy black hair half-up in a bun. His right eye is gold, his left is grey. His face has many freckles. His left ear has a shark tooth earring as well as a silver cuff. He is wearing an off-white shirt with a deep V neck, sleeves rolled to the elbows. His pants are tan and loose, rolled to the knees. Around his waist is a wide maroon belt. On the right side of the screen is a 3/4 view close up of his face to better show his features, which are angular and handsome. His expression is a bit haughty. Down the middle are colour samples for his main colour scheme.

finished the HG Nu Gundam!! really enjoyed this kit other than how tedious the fin funnels were 🫠 still considering the MG Ver. Ka Nu for my first MG, even with the fin funnels #gunpla

Wonder whether anyone is interested in threads for various Gundam JP blu-ray releases? Either way, here’s a quick pic of Yasuhiko’s wonderful & quirky character comps for the MSG Blu-ray Memorial Box released a few years back. Still probably the best Gundam box set out there.

hey all, just a heads up regarding the direction of my work. so, i am going to be closing commissions for the foreseeable future and stepping back when it comes to fanart, so that i can dive fully into conceptualizing the original comic idea that i've had for several years now. 1/3

niloy november day 26 - dusk (or, aloy asks for a different kind of reward after winning a race)

Fanart of Aloy and Nil from Horizon Forbidden West. The perspective is from a high angle, and the time of day is dusk. They're standing close and holding onto each other, as if they're about to kiss.

after I finish my horizon x pokemon illustration series and clear out my commission queue, i'm seriously considering designing mobile suits for aloy et al...gundam x horizon is definitely hyper niche but OH WELL (why yes I'm doing a massive gundam anime rewatch right now, how did you know??)

Happy anniversary to #horizonforbiddenwest!! Three years ago, I was exhausted after playing since midnight, but I kept going...and going...and ended up making countless wonderful memories. HFW inspired me deeply - I created art, fic, and craziest of all, I lead a fangame(!). Here's to the future! 💜🏹

currently grappling with the worst stomach virus I've had since I was 19, and it's flattened not only me but my entire family. ugh. there are multiple norovirus outbreaks happening rn, so be sure to wash your hands thoroughly and frequently! hand sanitizer isn't effective for this kind of virus!
