Realizing I don't actually have a picture of inside the control box... >_> But I do have a picture of what's inside the light fixture 😬 It started off organized, labeled, measured, diagramed... and by the end it went full ADHD "make it fit" mode

The inside of a traffic light. The light fixture is swung open to the left. Behind it is a relay bank with 6 relays, part of an extension cord, and a USB charger. The relay bank is powered by the phone charger. The piece of extension cord that powers the USB charger is spliced into the main wiring.

I was asked to build a controller for a traffic light prop for local theater group, but keep it cheap. I may have taken the instructions too literally.

A cardboard box with a 3-way light switch, and a momentary toggle switch installed on top of it. The light switch has a dial from some other equipment stuck on it. The four positions for the light switch are labeled G, Y, R, and OFF. The momentary switch has two labels, one that says "traffic light" and the other says "flash"

The same box from the first picture, but showing an RJ45 connector on the side.

Us (in IT): We're thinking the constant issues in your room might be electrical, not the computers Them: I've never had issues before. Except that small electrical fire Us: ...the what now? Them: And if we plug stuff in on the other side of the wall things act funny. Do you think that's related?

"Uh... a picture frame fell and broke the wall outlet?" ...how? "...yep" (Ok, seriously, I've never had that happen before, but here it is. As if having paint in the holes and wired using the backstabs wasn't bad enough >_>)

A broken wall outlet. One of the two outlet faces has been broken completely off of the outlet. It has paint in the outlet holes as well.

I'm a liiiiittle bit salty I didn't get the tips of my knees in frame, but the tripod was already on top of the sink to get this angle, and it seemed important to have the anchor point for the hair in frame... either way, the S23 got the upward angle that captures everything, so it's all good :3

Kira, bound in a closet. It is wearing black arm sleeves, a white crop top, an orange plaid skirt, white leg warmers, and platform shoes which are pink plaid and black. It is bound with coconut rope. Its hands are bound to a shelf support in front of it. Its hair is bound to the bottom of an overhead shelf bracket. It is bound around the midsection to the shelf support on the floor. Its knees and ankles are bound. Its ankles are bound to its waist so it cannot straighten its legs. There is a pair of scissors in front of it which it cannot reach. It is gagged with a pink rubber dog bone toy.

Ok, who's the sadist who decided to use coconut rope for this scene?! ...oh, right. Me. Well, then who's the monster who wanted it tied this tight?! ...oh, me again... Well... whose fault is it for letting me listen to myself? 😖😅

Silly little ritual I have... Whenever I stay in hotels, I always gotta use the in-room coffee maker at least once. And I always try to guess how much water the grounds will absorb and compensate for it. ...I don't think I'm beating this one.

This desk setup is really helping my productivity. Got all but the last two minutes of this video mostly finished today! Still need to finalize transition effects and audio correction, but those are the easy parts.

Kira, sitting on a table at the end of a hotel bed. It is gagged with duct tape wrapped around its head. Its arms are bound tightly in a faux leather armbinder behind its back. Its legs are bound in four loops of duct tape, one above and below the knees, at the ankles, and one on the feet. It is wearing a spiderweb sheer top over a black bra, a red plaid skirt, thigh-high black socks, and red plaid high heels.

Not 100% sure what I'm doing with this corner behind my desk, but it's sorta coming together. It's weird how inexperienced I am at organizing my own space. Anywhere I lived was always tiny, and everyone in my family had hoarder tendencies, so there wasn't really "my" space.

There is a short bookcase/shelf in the corner. There is a small Sony Trinitron TV on top of the shelf next to a "Tote Vision" VHS player. There is an AtGames Sega Genesis on top of the TV. There is a birdcage with a stuffed Aerodactyl in it on top of the VHS player. There is a wall shelf with camera equipment and a gasmask on it. There is a black and white picture on the other wall, below another wall shelf.

Bought an old set of Yamaha speakers for my new desk. Said "tested" but didn't come with the adapter. ...which turned out to be some goofy plug my universal wouldn't fit. Tore apart a junked chromebook, hit the soldering station, and made an aux cable. Not pretty, but they thump pretty good now :3
