On the 'Zionism is Racism' debate, whilst it's obviously concerned with Israel and Palestine, I've not yet heard or read a single soul say anything like "Sorry Rastas! We're not including you in this!" and I wonder if anyone at all has even considered their stake in the meaning of the word? 💚💛❤️

With a membership greater than 230,000, less than 1% of the party membership voted on this. A little over 0.4% voted for it and a little under 0.4% voted against it. The effect of the vote on the whole party will be huge. I have questions. So many questions.

I agree with this - I understand the intellectual arguments behind the motion, however it won’t be understood or interpreted in the manner that the originators have defined it and it will further set the greens back as well as not helping Palestinians in any tangible way.

Labour and Burnham have been silent on capping political donations while Reform gets £72 million from Farage's billionaire mates. We need @zackpolanski.bsky.social in Parliament to hold Labour to account, not another Labour backbencher to wave through Burnham's policies without scrutiny.

Good grief. Off the top of my head, I would suggest a minimum two year growth and change period between leaving Reform and joining the Green Party as a member, let alone becoming a councillor, and a lot of change would need to be demonstrated in that time 🤦🏻‍♀️

When your cat's poo is so messy on the lawn, you have to put a mental exclusion zone around it and let nature do the work. The dude disappears for days at a time, hunting and scavenging all sorts.

I used to defend the BBC when people wish to burn it to the ground. Despite its imperial past, colonial influences and obvious bias stemming from such roots, I believed in some good people within it and their potential to bring it into a better place. I think I'm reaching the end of my rope on that.

I've slept on this and I stand by it fully. The Green Party has work to do on its internal relations and I really hope it improves them. The awkward Holborn and St Pancras candidate selection situation is the latest in a handful of examples I'm aware of in recent times. Come on leadership team! 👁
